The highly anticipated bout between Kimbo Slice and Rory Nelson will air tonight on Spike TV as part of the Ultimate Fighter series. Although the show is only two episodes into the new season, they're already pulling out the big guns by showing what is sure to be the fight that everyone will be talking about tomorrow.
Former IFL heavyweight champion Rory Nelson is a formidable opponent for Slice, the controversial street fighter/legend. After Kimbo Slice's quick loss to Seth Petruzelli in Elite XC nearly a year ago, Kimbo has drawn loads of criticism from both fans and critics alike. Some even began questioning whether or not he was good enough to even be competing at a professional level. However, now that Kimbo is a contender in the Ultimate Fighter, many are speculating as to what he will bring to the show and whether or not he will prove himself once again as a dangerous opponent.
To add to the drama, this fight is also very important as the two fighters have been trained by Rampage Jackson (Kimbo) and Rashad Evans (Nelson), respectively. There has been beef between Rampage and Evans for quite some time, so a victory for either fighter will surely be amplified by the drama between the two coaches.
